Rates (in US Dollars ):
Call or email me for new lower winter/spring rates.
$1495/mo for 2 people. The 3rd or 4th persons will be negotiated. All utilities are included in this rate.
$300(min) Refundable Damage Deposit. Deposit will be determined by the length of the lease.
$100 Final Cleaning and Inspection Fee.
Pet Friendly: a well behaved, housebroken dog considered for a fee and only with prior approval.
1/2 of total due when the lease agreement is signed. Balance for first month will be due 1 month prior to move in date. Rent will be due by the 1st of each prior month. (that's a month in advance)
I do accept PayPal with 3% fee.
